When it comes to creating better working conditions and  promoting an higher quality in PHS services, participation of employees is a  Key Factor to create full, decent and quality employment while reducing undeclared work.

On the 12th of June in Bruxelles took place the main event of EiforPHS project, the partnership presented relevant practices of Italy, France and Spain and shared  lessons learnt during the first 18 months of the project. This main event was an opportunity to involve new actors and discuss the way to promote effective participation of employees and ICP rights.
